IT Support Watford was founded in 2012 with a clear purpose: to give Watford and Hertfordshire businesses access to the quality of IT support that large corporations take for granted, at a cost that genuinely works for SMEs. Thirteen years on, we support over 150 businesses across the county and our team has grown to 10 certified engineers and technicians, but we have never lost the values that shaped us from the start.

Our Story

The idea behind IT Support Watford came from direct observation. Watford's business community was well served by national IT brands with polished websites, but when local businesses called them, they got a ticketing system, a call centre, and days of waiting. The alternative was a sole trader who was excellent in their area but could not cover every specialism.

We built IT Support Watford to occupy the ground between those two options. Large enough to provide genuine depth across managed support, cyber security, cloud, and telecoms. Small enough to know every client personally and send the same engineers back each time. That balance is what makes local managed IT support work, and it is what we have consistently delivered since 2012.

Our Team

Our engineers hold Microsoft certifications and qualifications from CompTIA and Cisco. They know the technology deeply, and they know how to explain it clearly to people who do not. We train our team heavily in both technical skills and client communication, because technical expertise that cannot be understood is not much use to a business owner trying to make decisions.

Every new client is assigned a named account manager from our engineering team. That person attends your onboarding, learns your systems, and stays accountable for the quality of your service. When you call with an issue, you speak to someone who already knows your environment.
